The whole position, in five lines.
- Nothing you send is sold, rented or shared with a data broker, not now, not ever.
- No advertising or analytics cookies are set, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.
- On final payment you own the work outright: code, design files, artwork, everything.
- Liability is capped at the fees paid, and neither side carries the other's consequential losses.
- This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA, and the known gaps are listed openly rather than hidden.
