Most cookie policies are long because the site has a lot to disclose. This one is short for the opposite reason: angelmaile.com sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies at all. There is consequently no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
2. What this site stores
The complete list, as at the date below:
- Strictly necessary: none. This site has no login, no basket and no session, so nothing needs to be remembered between requests.
- Preference: none. The site does not store a theme, language or layout preference.
- Analytics: none in cookie form. Page views are counted server-side in aggregate, with no identifier written to your device.
- Advertising: none, now or planned.
3. Third-party content
No third-party scripts run on these pages. Fonts are self-hosted rather than fetched from a font service, images are served from the same origin, and there are no embedded social widgets, video players or chat tools.
This is a deliberate engineering choice as much as a privacy one. Every third-party script is also a performance cost and a point of failure.
4. Server logs
The hosting provider records standard request logs (timestamp, requested path, response status, user agent and a truncated IP address) for security and abuse prevention. These are not cookies, are not used for analytics or marketing, and are discarded on a short rolling schedule.
5. Controlling cookies anyway
Even though this site sets none, you may wish to manage cookies generally. Every major browser lets you block or delete them:
- Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.
This document forms part of the terms on which Angel Maile operates angelmaile.com. It is written to be understood rather than to be impenetrable, and it is reviewed at least annually. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
